March 2016 Card Sketch Challenge

Post by paddlegal »

March Challenge: 3 Sketches, 1 Theme!

You may or may not be like me but I have a tendency to "collect" stamp themes. My 2 top favorites being birds and coffee. As for me, I flipped a coin and it came up coffee for me. But you...go dig and pull out your special collection theme and try out the three sketches I've provided. Your favorite theme may be flowers or butterflies or lighthouses. Whatever it may be, get stamping. You could end up with a nice little themed gift set in the process. Any technique goes on these three sketches.

Have fun with this!

Lovely cards and great challenge, Farley! I'm not much of a card maker, but when I get home later this month I may have to play with this one.

Love the cards, Farley! I may have to copy your coffee theme. I'm almost.... not quite, but almost... embarrassed by the amount of coffee themes stamps I own. ;)

So yesterday I got some time to play after dinner and had a bug (or shall we say butterfly) up my butt to try these out and use some stamps that are fairly new and not used yet! I did take advantage of a flip-it die and the Blueprints die for two of them!

this one looks pretty busy on the photo, not quite as bad IRL, but these flip-it cards are hard to film!

Nancy!!! Outstanding cards. Those Stampin' Up butterflies are a favorite of mine. Thanks for playing and inspiring us.

I too used the Blueprint dies and a triple flipit die. But I hopefully designed the sketches in a way that everyone can follow whether or not you have those types of dies.

 they are easy enough without a die, I was just lazy at 8 o'clock at night to do something else! I'm going to make more... The month has just started!

Fabulous, Nancy. I love these butterflies. The cards are so colorful and delightful. You were a busy bee while I was out drinking. HA HA HA

Yeah, I didn't mention the dots. Didn't want Pam P to feel bad. She doesn't have any you know. :(

trying to not bring attention to those... Pam P is feeling bad enough as it is!

Perhaps we should send enamel dots in some Get Well cards to her?
