Beth was over a couple of weeks ago and had this die cut. I had to use it for Christmas cards

The second set of 3 is for some of the grands. I used pieces from embellishments for scrap pages and these are very thick. I think they will like them.

More fabulous cards, Cheryl. You have so many. Now you can start on mine.

I really vacillated on buying that SU cardinal but now I'm happy I waited after seeing the reveal of the CS Christmas kit. I've been a fan of Swarup for years. And now to be able to reproduce her artwork with rubber...oh my.

ok... this almost convinced me to go buy that CS kit... or at least the rubber stamps... the cardinal is gorgeous....

but... I think I can live without it.... I have a tote full of Christmas supplies plus a couple CS kits from years past (I think) ... so I have to go check on that before I jump in and order more ... just not sure how often I'd use that cardinal

so... I'm using MUCH restraint right now and not ordering anything

I used up all my self-restraint on the Enchanted Forest Fairies kit last week. No hope for me on this one.

Gosh. And Trixie says they may have future offerings in collaboration with Swarup. Woo hoo!!!

Thank you Farley. I told Beth when she comes back over she needs to bring that die again. Loved working with it.

Jen I have Christmas cards everywhere. I made up my mind that I will be giving a bunch to my DIL when we go up there soon. Every year she takes the grands to a nursing home and they visit with the elderly. I think there would be nothing better than the kids giving them each a hand made Christmas card. I have made some that are way too thick to mail - Anna Griffin, they are beautiful but I'm not going to spend the postage except for a few people. I'm sure they will be appreciated by those in the nursing home.
