Get Musical – Create a card or embellishment (or a whole layout, if that works) that uses something musical. Dig into your stamp stash and pull out those music notes or treble clefs or… it’s all about that bass LOL and create something musical. Could be a music note background or musical instrument. It could even include stamping a title using a song title (with alpha stamps, of course!)

Debbie,

Thanks for the great challenges. I just finished these ATCs for the Retreat in a Box swap at CS. I used The Blues stamps. These were stamped and heat embossed w clear over acrylic painted base then ironed to lift the top layer of paint over the embossing. Cool technique, if you don't fuse the scrap paper to your images!

Fun ATCs. I didn't buy that kit even though I've gotten every other music thing CS ever created. Wish I ha splurged on it!!

Debbie,

The reason I bought it is that my son is a composer. His first symphony is being performed in March 2016. I knew I'd be doing some scrapbook pages for that. I think there is one more set of the stamps that I need. LOL!

Beautiful ATCs, April. Enjoy the concert!

I wish my musical genius would actually finish something. He says he has, but they're in his head. Danged if I can hear what's in his head. He says I don't want to hear what's going on in there because there's more than one piece playing at a time. That must be why he can't hear me when I talk to him. ;)
