Didn't know where to put this LO so this is as good as any. This is Caitlin last winter with her friends. They rented a condo in Jackson for a week and went skiing, snowboarding, cross country, sleigh ride and all the things you do when in Jackson! Jackson has a park in the middle of town with four entrances and each one has antlers in a arch like this one. Whenever visiting Jackson you CAN NOT leave with out taking a picture in front of one of these entrances. You will be doomed if you do! The photo is dark and when I resized it got even worse.

I inherited a palette of Pearl Ex Interference watercolors from my Mom when she quit stamping.
So these watercolors are many moons old and I thought they would work nicely for a hummingbird.
The stamp is brand spankin' new though

I found so old paper and daisies to use in this layout. This is a picture of my Dad's family taken at my wedding in 1978. I have had the paper and daisies so long that I can't even remember where I got them from.

Here's Ashley on her way to work. She snapped a selfie of herself. Those cut out white flowers are ancient. I thought they were rub ons when I bought them but noooooo, I had to cut them out to use them. They are all gone now and happy to get rid of them. Ashley is always kidding me ( or not) that I like Caitlin and Allyson better than her so I always but something on her LO's that she's my "Favorite"!! I told her if she would send me photos of her I could scrap them as much as I do for Cait and Allyson. Constantly nagging her about "send me photos"!! I love all of my grandkids to the moon and back!

Page 2 of Mia's 6th birthday celebration. This may surprise some folks, it's a Shimelle sketch.
Somewhere in this house is the confirmation of the reservation at the AG café for her birthday celebration. It will go in the pocket along with a bit of journaling.
I love, love this Confetti collection!

One of those paper collections that breeds in the dark. I've used it since 2012 and there's still as much in my stash as the day I bought it.

On Monday Keitha sent me this link. She is ever so helpful at finding great stuff while she is stuck in the office working!
http://journeyjottings.com/blog/2013/03 ... story-map/

Monday we did a bus ride out of Linz to a fabulous monastery (see Ray's blog). I thought the little trip would make a good map journal page so I worked on it yesterday morning and evening after reading the lessons on the above link.

Love that mustache party animal and the peacock layout.

Finally have a layout to post. This is a slight ALSB modification. I should say, I started out with the ALSB but it took a few turns.

These are photos from our 40th anniversary Staycation this month. I had to use my new Cantina kit because it worked perfectly with the festive Papers and mood of our celebrations. Hooray for 40 years. I can't believe it. I've been married 40 years. Geez.

It was certainly a celebration of life. 40 years of life.
