Not scraplifted from Shimelle. I know!
It was Wendy Atenucci from Hip Kit Club's blog.

I love these two so much and am looking forward to seeing them in a couple of months. Two peas in a pod. On yet another ferry ride over to Port Orchard.

Thanks Ladies!
This one was scraplifted from a Shimelle layout. I saved this idea because it uses up so many of the smaller scrap paper pieces.

This is one of my favorite photos of Jak. He was 3 at the time and his sister took him to Walmart....that's always a bad thing when she is left babysitting!! LOL!! Anyway, I think it's a cute photo.

Marianne - you give me entirely too much credit! Of course I never intended for the heart to work as an arrow but pretty cool that it does ;).
Just finished this one. Chances are I've scrapped these photos but I can't remember. I finally used that ruffle paper (so this page could work in the thread for using older supplies but I'm lazy and it's just going here).
I love this Confetti collection from Maggie Holmes - so much that I bought the paper pad ($5.99 at Michael's!). Hope to use some of it on every page for a while so it doesn't end up forgotten.
Lifted from...um...just kidding - from Shimelle's blog but I'd bet it wasn't one of her pages.

This one has a burlap-type fabric in it.... the off-white fabric with the words printed on it... a cool fabric I got in a mixed bag of stuff..

This one is definitely a celebration of life... my mom-in-law and her lifelong friend... they've been best friends since they were little girls...

This is definitely a CELEBRATE LIFE LO. This is our daughter Jo who lives in Denver. I gave her a kidney in 1988 and she had it for 13 years and rejected it, was on dialysis for 5 years and then received another that she's had for 9 years!! We are at a Denver Nuggets basketball game in this photo. Jo is Jak and Ashley's Mom. She works for the Good Samaritan Women's Hospital in Denver and only has 3 classes left to achieve her Masters in Business. We are so proud of her and all the adversity she has had to deal with. She's 39. She was 12 when she had her first transplant.

Okay, I'll add this here. A day in the life of Doug, Mollie and Oliver...with Gramma as the photographer. ;) A beautiful day at the Getty Villa.

I think I will post this appropriately in this thread because it certainly has been sitting around a while. I'm sure I ALSB'd this kit in 2009.

I realize this layout is plain. Some of you would probably add bling or fibers or something else to it. But I'm content with it and I'm afraid to tinker with it anymore. I may add some sequins but I'm really not sure about placement.

These are photographs of the yard as we set it up for Mallory's wedding reception in Phoenix. The photos on screen screamed green to me and that's why I chose this ALSB. However once I got the printed photos, the teal in the pool took over to the green. Oh, well, it's done and another one for the book. My first wedding layout for Mallory.
