Two more cards to show. Card #1 is about as simple as you can get. I used a single "splat" stamp and 5 or 6 Pigment Inks to create the background. Then just chopped it up into 1 inch squares and applied them to a black glossy matte to create the background, stamped the penguin and sentiment onto the inches and there you have it. Very simple.

Card #2: This time I used an acrylic stamp handle for my palette of Distress Inks. Swiped the colors onto the handle, spritzed lightly with water and then "stamped" the ink onto a lightly spritzed card of 140 lb water color paper. I spritzed the card lightly again to help blend the colors and finally splatted two colors of Wink Of Stella to give it some sparkle. A little washi tape and a die cut Thanks made it another simple card.

Fantastic Farley! Love those ideas.

Here's one I tried, after watching a Kristina Werner video. Brush stroke is from Avery Elle.
Flower and saying from Unity embossed in white.

Nancy - what do you mean "brush stroke is from Avery Elle"? You mean the swipes of color are a stamp?

I love the combination of colors and the stamps!

Yes - it's a set called "Brushed" - has 3 brush strokes and some sayings and some splats too!
