I did these this morning. Some I like and some I don't but I really needed 3 masculine birthday cards:

Cheryl thank you for joining me and posting these are wonderful cards! And I love those sandpipers also. I really like your spin on this sketch using patterned paper. Very creative and definitely great guy cards.

You did a great job with your masculine cards, Cheryl. They would be nice for younger guys too.

Here's my take on the sketch. It was fun and I sure am not as good as Farley in the coloring department!! This was some watercolors I bought recently to try out

It has a more organic look, Debbie, using the watercolors. It looks very Spring-y!

Here are mine. I have a few more ideas to do before the end of the month, I hope.
Washi tape is a lot easier than ribbon! and, yes, I should have taken the time to iron the ribbon...

Debbie your watercolored flowers are wonderful and I love the stamp. This is a great card. What kind of watercolors did you use? I'm always interested in different paints. Thanks for playing.

Marianne this is such a great way to use washi and ribbons. I love them both. Now I need to play with my washi also...you've given me an idea. I really like the flower vases...great stamp. Thanks for joining in.

KEEP THEM COMING all of you...everyone's examples have been fabulous.

Thanks, Farley, they were fun to make. I might have a few more ideas, too.
That vase stamp has been very underutilized as has a few others in the set They are still out to use.

Goofing around tonight with whatever was on my craft table I came up with this. I took the ideas of patterned paper from Cheryl and washi tape from Marianne and ended up with this card that I have no idea who I would send it to, But I love this chef who reminds me of the old Chef Boyardee canned spaghetti my mom kept on hand. (hated that stuff)

Farley, I am sure that anyone here at PAO would be happy to receive it, hint! hint! Or you could use it to write a recipe in if someone asked for one. Or a thank you card for a really good dinner you were invited to. :D

Marianne...great minds. I did think it would make a good thank you for a dinner but sending a recipe in it is a great idea that I hadn't thought of.
