Ali's new Story Kit was released yesterday and I couldn't wait to dive in. This layout is pretty much a shameless copy of her sample in the educational part of the her offerings. I have switched to the digital version so I had to be creative. Instead of the stencil/screen in the kit, I used a heart stencil from Stampin' Up with gold embossing paste around the edges. I'm happy with the results. The theme this month is BUILD. The PL cards included the plus and equals mathematical signs.

Looking at this after I posted, it's not a very good photo. Sorry. The base is AC white and the washi on the left doesn't even show up. So sorry.

I'm having a hard time keeping up with your wonderfully prolific scrapping. Loving them all but this last one is just outstanding. Love the + and - and =. You had the perfect photos to use them with.

This layout has been on my table for nearly a month now, waiting for the journaling. Another direct copy of Ali's sample. This is a layout about our recent building of a hobby of craft beer tasting. A shared hobby and interest. We have few of those left in our life. I was pleased to use some old Bazzil brads in my stash. And I wrote much more journaling than I usually do. Yay for me!

All other supplies were from the August Story Stamp kit called Build. Had to get this finished. The September kit comes out on Tuesday.

P.S. By the way, I thought I should mention that hubby was only PRETENDING to be snockered in that car photo.
