I've been stalking my own PM box over there to see if you replied after I sent the explanation of what the PAO was. Glad you made it over here so quickly. I thought you knew about the PAO for some reason, otherwise, I would have written before this. Sorry about that!
And, I agree, I think those of us with elderly parents need our own support system. I'd love some sympathy from others going through it, too.
