Happy birthday!

Hope you are having as good a day as you can have at work and will make up for it another day with lots of fun!

Thanks everyone! I did actually have a slight change of plans and spent a small bit of time in my craft room, which made me very happy. Rob got home in time for the cub scout meeting (timed his maintenance jobs to be processing from 7-8), so I was off the hook and got to stay home. I put some finishing touches on some layouts I'd been working on (at least two of them fit a cyber-crop challenge).

Then, the most interesting thing I did, was alter a kindle case. I ordered some very cheap cases for my Paperwhite and my Fire, which arrived yesterday. I got cheap ones with the intention of stamping on them or something crafty, but what I did instead was play with vinyl. Last weekend, my BIL brought some vinyl for me to make window stickers for his car. I'd never done that before, but it worked out really great. And he let me keep the leftover vinyl and transfer tape. So, I made a couple of cuts out of the white vinyl, stamped it with staz-on, and then transferred it to the Paperwhite case. The designs for the other case are cut, but I'm thinking they should probably not be stamped. I took a photo of the Paperwhite case, which I'll post either tonight or tomorrow.
