Art Journal inspiration

Sometimes inspiration for art comes when least expected. In our church bulletin yesterday was the image "all you need is love". It was the jump start of our pastor's sermon from I Cor. 13. The minute I saw it I knew that I had to do an art journal page using the image.

I just couldn't wait to get started. The page has a lot of texture that you can't see in the photo.. The lighting doesn't do it justice because it is a lot bolder IRL. I just love this chapter in the Bible and really enjoyed doing this page. It is one of my favorite pages I've done recently.
