Re: January 2009 Monthly Scrapping Challenge
I love the leaves and the letters you did, Laurie! Nice job!
Re: January 2009 Monthly Scrapping Challenge
Love the DTP technique with the little "leaf" shaped inkpads, Laurie! It looks like your layout is sitting on a bed of fall leaves!
All the layouts so far look great!

Hello, here is my entry for the Challenge. The layout has photos from the Rolling Retreat that Marianne and I attended in 2006.
I have shown the challenge items at the bottom of the layout: a die-cut daisy that I used as a mask, the stickers we were given at the retreat and my new ink-pad.

Oh, that looks nice and those photos look, oh so, familiar! Love the subtle design of the masked flower. And great idea that you showed the things you used on the layout in the photo. thanks for playing in my challenge, Kathryn!
Does everyone notice the piano hinge album project shown on the layout with more photos of the Rolling Retreat?

The challenge runs until midnight, January 31st. So there is still half the month to get something made and posted.JessJ wrote:I was just wondering, is it too late to enter?
Re: January 2009 Monthly Scrapping Challenge
I got a little excited after I read about the challenge today, so I just went for it. The tool I used was a flower stamp that I discovered recently when my Aunt Laurie came to visit. I made the mask myself and used some stickers that I've had forever. And it's all topped off with a birthday candle! So here's my attempt, it's kind of simple but I hope you like it (:
