Monica, Thankyou for your "bee" themed card which arrived today. Brian's Dad was a keen bee-keeper, so your card reminded us of his delicious honey! The postage stamps were interesting too!

I'm glad it arrived across the pond! I loved those stamps when I saw them... something a bit different from the normal ones and they supposedly glow in the dark, although I haven't checked to see.

Sue I got your card - How did you know I LOVE Daisies? I actually carried a bouquet of them for my wedding. I remember the florist saying brides don't carry daisies and I told him this one would!

There was a 2nd card from Kathryn in the envelope. I love that sparkly little birdie

Edie - your card is absolutely beautiful, and I love the little saying inside.

Thanks to all of you!

I thought for sure someone would recognize the quote on the front of my card -- or am I the only one who has watched the movie You've Got Mail eleventy-billion times  ? I had just watched it and thought that scene could work as a dialog between a bird and a bee (I know, I'm weird).

So, anyway, without further ado, I give you the daisy scene from You've Got Mail.

I received fabulous cards from Sue, Kathryn and Elizabeth. Thank you so much for the beautiful cards, Ladies.

NOW - the confession....I made my cards at Re<create> and can't find them. I finished unpacking last Sunday (yep, it took me that long - ugh!) and still, no cards. :wtf: I went into a panic thinking they were still at the beach but knew someone would have told me and brought them home since they knew I was making them. Nope. :angry47:
So now, I'm tearing my craft room apart to find where I stashed them to be safe for the trip home!! They're safe all right!! :censor:
So Ladies, please forgive me for being late...I'll send them out as soon as I find them :happy94: .

Elizabeth's pretty card arrived today, thankyou so much. I love the sentiment inside, and the birds are the same English ones that are regular visitors to our bird-feeders!
