Congrats Cheryl! I sacrificed a few pieces of cereal box and some rings, just to try to figure out some of the stuff the video was trying to demonstrate, and I still can't quite do it right. But I've also learned with a few practice rounds that I should probably ignore any of their instructions that say to use the centerline method, and not attempt to make anything smaller than 4". I tried a 4.5" book and punched with the centerline method, and that is simply the wonkiest binding job I've ever seen. Utter disaster. LOL.

I'm getting better though - I just need lots more practice, and I could use someone showing me the trick to making the orings close evenly. :anyone:

Now you have me worried Julie. I only did one set of punches so when I get home I will probably try and work on it this weekend so I can start on their gifts. What I'm doing now is mine - if it doesn't go well I'll just live with it.
