Oh wow Jen! What a wonderful spin on the sketch. That sentiment stamp is ideal for this and I love the double tags. You really did a creative card using a huge variety of goodies from your stash. Thanks so much for playing and being our first poster. Oh, and congrats for finally opening up that pad of paper and using it!!!

I also meant to mention that the ferns look like stenciling so they would work in the sketch as well as stamps.

Isn't anyone making Holiday cards?

Thanks Jen.
I was just this minute thinking up a birthday card I need to make quickly so I'll give my sketch another go. Then I need to hit holiday cards with a vengeance.

Here is my take on the sketch. The drawing of the flowers was done on my Cameo with the Sketch Pen markers and a drawing that came in my Cameo bundle. I really wanted to try out the drawing feature.

Nice card Marianne! I haven't tried that color feature yet, is it easy?

Thanks!

My bundle came with three black pens and one white so not a lot of color. Of course, you could color it in but I didn't want to wreck it! You can get an adaptor that will hold any marker or you can buy a set of their Sketch Pens which are about the same size as the blade container. I used a drawing from my bundle so it was very easy to do. You just select 'Silhouette Sketch Pen' instead of 'Cut'.

That's pretty cool looking!
Fun that the machine prints too, and grat color combo for the card.
I like the simplicity of just the image.

Thanks, I tried so many stalks and flowers as I wanted 3D flowers in front of the printed 'background' flowers. Nothing looked good so I went with KISS.

Marianne! This is SO cool! I forget that your new cutter can draw as well. What a fabulous card you made. So this flower image is something that was included in your software? And of course I love your "birdie" button.

Thanks so much for playing along.

Thanks, Farley! I bought my Cameo from Dick Blick and it came with a 'special' bundle of the sketch pens and 40 drawing images so that was extra from the regular software.

Very cool, Marianne. I have never explored that feature of my Silhouette. Guess I need to get exploring?

Wonderful sketch and cards posted so far. Maybe if I can clear my table enough I'll find some room to do one.

I am in holiday card making mode so I gave my own sketch another go. It's really funny how hard I found it to follow. But after a few false starts I came up with this one. The sentiment is a die from PTI and the tree is a 5 layered die from Elizabeth Crafts. Some of you may recognize the back panel from CS's Raku. It is such gorgeous paper and I thought perfect for an icy look for the tree. The tree is decorated with green and clear Wink Of Stella brushes.

I tried multiple ways to photograph it so the shimmery look would show up better but this was my best effort. It worked when I tilted the card on it's back but then you can't really see the card. Ha!
