A few more of my Stenciled cards
A few more of my Stenciled cards
Wow - I can't believe I found these stencils to be so fun - and I found 2 I really like - The one from Poetic and one from Dec 06 - I think it might be Ivory Elegance......Here are some I've made with them - even used a crumpled up paper towel to add color to a white card base to go with the red ones.......
Thanks

Re: A few more of my Stenciled cards
Isn't it fun getting really inky? I'm enjoying all of your excitement doing these cards, love all the pearls, too.
Diana, don't forget after you get the stencil all inky to spritz it lightly with water, turn it over and burnish it down on another piece of paper to get a negative impression. These can be just as interesting as the 'real' image. And all that ink on the stencil doesn't go to waste.
Another thing I do, is take a cotton ball and draw the ink from the stencil through the holes onto another piece of paper to get another impression with the waste ink on the stencil.

Re: A few more of my Stenciled cards
I love the one with the two different colors of diamonds. That's a great idea.
Re: A few more of my Stenciled cards
Thanks - I was just playing around and on the same sheet as the larger stencil is another one that is just a single set of 3 diamons......so I used it to apply a 2nd color - really liked the effect
Now we're doing stamps.........

Great cards! Like Monica, I have not gotten the Poetic stencil out in a long time - I definitely need to do that. I love everything from Poetic!
