Alternative Printing Techniques

Post by gwenj »

I started a 3-day online class today at Bad Girls Kits--it's a tutorial on printing on media other than paper. Today's lesson included printing on ribbon (a method developed by Jen, who is giving the classes), and printing on fabrics.

If anyone is interested, you can still "purchase" the online class at the Bad Girls Kits website.

Here are a couple of samples of things I printed--now I hope to get at least one of them onto a layout before I go to bed...

very cool

I was looking at that class-I like to see real life examples before I commit though.
Can't wait to see what you do with them

I fully intended to sign up for that class - too many people pulling me in different directions over the next month.
Love what you did with those photos!

I was also suprised at the detail, Rinda. I think it's a combination of the stuff you put on the fabric to prepare it and the way the photo was enhanced for printing on that medium.
