No idea what's going on

The forum was down for an hour.... I was chatting with the tech support people again and was told 2 different things... and then.. voila... magic... it's back up. I don't know if anyone else can get back in... but as long as it's up, I'll try downloading scrapbook layouts again. Probably tomorrow.
