Card Boxes

Post by azemigh »

I actually did some paper crafting this week, in between pre-op appointments. I sell a lot of cards at the farmer's market during the summer and thought I would do some little gift boxes for people who by multiple cards. I used different papers from Recollections pads and the directions from the CS Arts and Crafts kit from August 2010. I think it was called "paper luggage", I just made the box, though, didn't put all the fancy luggage embellies on.

Great idea for presents, too. So many of our older friends can't get out to purchase cards and would love to have this as a gift.

Those boxes are beautiful! I've made paper boxes for a few gifts in the past, like jewelry and other lightweight items. There was always something very satisfying about having the exact correct size you need with just a few good pieces of cardstock.
