Anniversary & card

Mike and I will be celebrating 20 years tomorrow.... we're going to spend a couple nights at the Tranquil House Inn - in Manteo. Maybe wander the Elizabethan Gardens and go for an airplane ride with a friend who's a pilot. (That's all assuming that Mike's back feels somewhat better... he's done something to it that's now causing back pain and spasms.)

I caught the Karen Burniston pop-up card die bug from Beki... and this is the card I made for him.. the little photos come up and fan out when you open the card.

I hope Mike’s back is better very soon. As Pam said, ice packs. I’ll add, peppermint essential oil massaged into the area is wonderful for that kind of pain.

Thanks! He loves the card... was figuring out where each photo was from... fun stuff

No plane ride for this trip... the previous pilot damaged the wing when he was putting it back in the hangar... glad we weren't going to fly with that pilot. Probably an ok thing... with me having fluid stuck in my middle ear and him with the bum back. We'll have other opportunities for the plane ride.

I'll be checking on the oils.... he's been using the heating pad on the back... and the TENS unit. That's helping relax the muscles.
