6x6 paper pads

Post by Keitha »

Shannon Allor (She's Crafty on YT) has started a free class/series focused on using mini paper pads. Each week for 10 weeks she and some other YTers are posting their takes on a sketch she's found online that lends itself to smaller papers; I even noticed one gal stretching the sketch to a 2-page layout. While I've not made kits as Shannon has, I have my fair share of mini papers and am following along to try and use some up. My last Alaska page used one of the sketches with some 6x6 papers and scraps.
I was playing around with a photo app recently, and decided to scrap the result. Here I've used six papers from the Kaisercraft Sunkissed 6.5" paper pad (layered under the photo), on top of a 12x12 piece from the same collection. That premade title? Always a win when I actually use one.

Fun layout!

I need to watch some of those videos. I have a bunch of 6x6 pads that need attention.

Love this! I've always struggled with how best to use 6x6 paper pads, and even purchased sketch collections that specifically feature 6x6 pads. This looks like a resource I should definitely check out.

I like the effect on your photo too. For years I’ve had Rhonna Designs app and I need to start putting it to use!
