Image reducer

Post by clamscrapper »

I have the image reducer app. Can anyone tell me what to change the photo in the image reducer app to in inches or pixels to reduce a picture to be able to attach to post. I haven't done it in so long I can't remember. Everything I've tried says file too big.

I have a question about an old die and want to add a picture to see if anyone can identify.
Update: i identified the die. But still can't reduce the photo to size to post.

When resizing mine I usually use 300
pixels on the longest side and that usually
works but I use the windows program to resize

I shoot for 640 x 480 and that usually works. It must depend on the tool you use.

No - meant to say - the tool you use may have some presettings? I find that anything 640 x 480 or smaller usually works.

I generally do 450 pixels for the width and let the length take care of itself.
