I haven’t watched the whole video yet but here’s Shimelle offering some tips for how to photograph your artwork.

Hope you all get some time to create today!

Finally watched this. She gives great tips. Nothing I didn't already know, so basically I have to admit I've just become lazy when photographing mine in recent months. With Cooper in the house the spot on the floor by the slider I used is now always dirty, so I need to put something on the floor for my page to lay on. And somehow keep the dog from walking on it - or worse, stealing it to chew.
She's the second person I've heard talk about flat lay photography in recent days; a skill I'd like to get better at. In my mind it goes along with becoming adept at arranging tablescapes, something I've been much more conscious of since redecorating - now that I have a lovely big coffee table for such vignettes.
