Well hello everyone!

Yesterday I received a lovely purple floral card from Jill and it was marked PAO spring swap - since I’m not active I was quite surprised. But it was lovely to get!

I hope you are all doing well, staying safe and healthy in these new times.

I feel fortunate being in California where the county I live in took some of the first steps with sheltering in place etc to try and flatten the curve here. It is creating concerns with work and the economy however. Only my son, husband and I go into our business now with reduced hours and all of my outside glaziers and salesman have had to go on unemployment- we are not essential (although those trying to get their house projects and remodels finished may disagree.) Santa Clara County has made construction - except for safety issues - a non-essential business. But we’ll all weather this storm, I’ve got lots of work for my guys when we can get back to work. Trying to stay positive each day, sometimes I fail

The stress has left me lagging in creative juices, but I try. I’m going to take the free sketch class @ Scrapbook and Cards and I signed up for the newest Online Card Class. I get exercise each day and by the end of all this I’m really going to be tired of planning and making all the meals! Mark said when we can go out again he’d like to go for pizza

That was a technique from Creative Chemistry 103. It's white Yupo paper and alcohol inks.

Well, what do you know,
My Post Office decided to deliver mail
today, my mail contained cards from Jill,
Monica and Debi. One was postmarked
April 4th, I think they are delivering our
mail at home once a week now because
the last time I got any mail was last
Wednesday

At my office we get a daily delivery, but
he's coming earlier than normal, so maybe they
aren't doing home delivery every day, either
