ClearSnap / Color Box inks is closing

I don't know any details, but they posted on Facebook yesterday that the last day to buy anything from their site is today. So... if you like any of the ColorBox inks, better grab 'em quick. You can order on their website ... https://www.clearsnap.com/

All they said on the FB page was this: It is with a heavy heart that we share this news with you. Clearsnap will be closing. We will only be accepting orders through July 31st. If you had your eye on some ColorBox goodies, now is the time to get them. Thank you all for your continued support over the years.

It's bizarre because they were just showing new product about a week ago... but... anyway.... it you want any of their product, order it today!!

That's sad. They used to have a retail store in Anacortes, WA. I went there a couple times for inks and stamps. And I've bought many of their inks over the years.

I saw this on FB also. Sad and sounds like something unfortunate happened suddenly and unexpectedly.

I loved their “Crafters Ink” pad sets. It was a very heavy, rich pigment ink. I used it on numerous projects when I was a semi-newbie to stamping projects.

I found some more info posted somewhere... apparently Clearsnap was bought by Stampin' Up some time ago and has been being run by the Stampin' Up lady's husband as a separate entity. So... not sure what the plans are about closing.
