Co-Worker Birthday Card #3!
Co-Worker Birthday Card #3!
Here is the latest in the series of birthday cards I’ve been making for my son’s co-workers. This recipient is gonzo over elephants. I found this elephant SVG file at SVGCuts. I thought it would be perfect not knowing how hard it was going to be to line up those skinny, skinny parts. You can see on the layers photo the fineness of this elephant. I cut all three parts from Tim Holtz older silver and gold paper pad for the base elephant and the two decorative parts from his new colored metallic pad.
I used a liquid glue in a needle nose bottle to glue the layers together. The card base is a Lori Whitlock file and papers from stash.

Thanks Monica and Pam. You know what is cute? Birthday girl sees the envelope and says to Charley, “ Oh and your mom made me a card”!
Next one is in January so I get a small reprieve. Charley’s birthday is in March and wonders what kind of card he’ll get, LOL.

I think Charley's card should be all the leftover bits from the office cards, ha ha!

Love that elephant!
Aren't the needle tip bottles wonderful? I have one filled with Magic Medium and another with PVA. I keep a spare "just in case."
