Dad is regaining some of his swallowing! He’s also speaking a bit more coherently. I feel like the stimulation there has to be good for him. It would be great if he could get rid of the feeding tube.

How frequently do they do the swallow test?
Whenhe passes that they should be able to
start regular food, maybe pureed but by mouth

I’m not sure how often they check. I’m collecting a list of questions to ask when I’m on “the list”.
