The plaid paper is from that old tim technique of swiping ink. I forget how we did it.

Great colors on those cards.
I remember doing the plaid technique but like you, I don't remember how. A quick search on Tim's blog would probably bring it up (or youtube) should I ever need to create a plaid paper again.

Woo Hoo, my organizing system works. The Alcohol Ink plaid technique was Christmas Tag 3-2009!
So that paper has been in my stash for 7.5 years.

Another great set of cards! Who makes all those focal point motifs you've used on a few sets?
Re: July Holiday Card Challenge - 2017
Those circles and these phrases were printed on 8.5x11 papers in an assortment pad I bought after Christmas last year.... maybe at a Michael's? So I just diecut the circle images and then cut up the phrases that I could easily cut out of the words paper... they definitely made for some quick and easy cards.

This is off topic but when I saw the July Christmas heading it reminded me I was in Hobby Lobby a couple of days ago and they have ALL their Christmas stuff out already. For being a Christian-based company they sure love to exploit Christmas. It made me sad.

Wow have I been a slacker in the holiday card department. Possibly because I have a pile left over from last year? But regardless of that, these cards are terrific and full of inspiration.
Debbie, I noticed HL had their holiday goods in the stores here in July. Drives me crazy.
