I don't have my inks with me to try, but suspect that you'll get better results if you stick to just the regular or Oxide inks in a single layer - although once one layer is dry you can go in with another layer and the other type of ink if you want.mpizzazz wrote:I tried it yesterday and there were definitely better results. I tried a few things yesterday on some printed tags I wanted to add some color to. They were light grey to begin with. I did the Oxide inks first then added regular Distress after letting them dry.

Those are gorgeous Marianne!
Here's what I've been messing with. I did the ink pads on a craft matte spritzed with water and heat set them after each swipe. Two were turned into cards on the topic "new kit old dies".
