Currently I bookmark any thread that I agree to swap in, and weekly I check my bookmarked topics, to see that I am not late on any, and pick out the next to be worked on. It doesn't get unmarked till the swap is finished, and I have received mine.

Holly I didn't even think about bookmarking. Didn't even know such a critter existed on here but I plan on bookmarking the only one I'm signed up for now.

just do a calendar message with a
link to a yahoo calendar that has the option
of allowing friends to edit it.
