...so the handmade papers in my art journal are VERY delicate, but I managed! The key is to prep your papers with Gesso, Matte Medium and tissue papers. Here's my first attempt. I also bought 2 other sizes, but in water color cold pressed paper, so when I want to get really inky and dirty and stained, I can go to those books... this was so fun! I can't wait to do more! I used alot of CS stamps, distress stains, Martha Stewart stamps, Distress Stickles, Liquid Pearls and acrylic paint on them...
