House News - Contract already!!!

We were down in Myrtle Beach the other day and bought a house! I should say we signed a contract on a house to be built. It will be January/February before it will be ready. Plenty of time for us to sell ours. Got home from Myrtle yesterday evening and heard from our Agent that an offer will be coming today. Keep fingers crossed we may have to move out before our house is ready!!! I am excited and nervous.

Our to be built is in a 55+ community with lots to offer. Hubby will still be able to do his wood work, I will have a much smaller craft room but I will deal with it. I have way too much stuff now.

We have to wait until we meet with the woman on the 9th of November and pick all the colors and stuff for the inside. It all depends on what the house that is going up next to us is. They won't allow 2 the same color in a row. Our agent said she thinks the people next to us will be having stone front but she didn't remember the color. We just have to wait and see.
