Spring Fever

Post by admin »

Ladies - I know we're still having some nasty weather in some of the northern areas, but I still think it's time to start thinking spring, and that means.... NEW BANNERS!

Yep, I think it's about that time. I've loved both the banners we've had so far, but now it's time for something new. Anything goes - it could be completely digi, or a photo or scan of a piece of original artwork, or a combination like Marianne started us with. The current image is being used on the homepage and the gallery, as well as here, and while we have plenty of room for a larger banner here, the other two areas work better with something not quite so wide. So let's try to keep the size around 650 wide x 150 tall. Anything in that general range/proportion should do great.

There's no deadline on this - I know I won't be able to work on replacement until probably mid-March. Once the people wanting to submit have had a chance, we'll take whatever the group likes the best.

Have fun ladies! I look forward to seeing the new PAO banner entries!

I think we should use Pam's new siggie! How gorgeous is that!
Maybe she can delete Pam and type in PAO!

I thought about making something similar but then I'd have to delete my siggie! Trust me, I'm looking at files to see if I can come up with something. It's just that I have to think literally about the size, so I'm trying to convert 650 x 150 into inches - I think that's roughly 16.5 x 4.

I took a stab at it. I'll try again when I'm not tired.
