Literally! Chrsty did you kit smell? Mine smells like some kind of nasty kerosene/petroleum based stink! The KaiserCraft Workshop magazine stinks so bad I can't even touch it! It's horrible!

THanks for the warning! I usually open mine @ work as soon as it comes, but I'll wait until I can air it out on the back patio.

Weird. I wonder what happened. Is the outside of your box stinky?

It's probably the magazine. If it was freshly printed the ink could still have a strong smell. (Try walking through a printing plant! Yechhhhh.)

I finished with my 6 months and no longer am getting it. Sounds like a good month to have stopped.

This is my last kit with them, at least for awhile.... and I really like the papers in this kit so I'm okay with that. At least two of the previous kits are so far outside of my crappy style and interests that I will be passsing them right along (once I find them in the current disaster!!).

It's the BoBunny papers.

I'm thinking this because I ordered these exact papers from BlueMoon a bit ago and had the same issue. I don't know what they did to them but that's what it is. I laid them out and they still smell.

That's so funny, 'cause I purchased some of those same papers from my local craft store and not a one of them had any sort of odor. Maybe the difference is being kept in the bag as opposed to on a rack? I'm not too concerned about the smell... I'll just air them outside and that should freeze the smell away!!
