The Deck of Art challenge is where you use old playing cards as a base for altered art. Once card is chosen per week, with a theme, and results are posted here.

You could just put sticker letters of the card that say " I forgot"

Growing old is mandatory; growing up is optional.

When thinking about the topic, I remembered that Suzanne Sommers had talked about the Seven Dwarfs of Menopause in one of her books (I didn't read it), so I googled it and found the images. There's another version with the "regular" dwarfs, but these gals really tell it like it is :lol:
