I was up early enough this morning to watch a couple - and I'm more excited to drag out the AI than ever. I will probably start with today's lessons before I go back to the others

I got to play today! :cool5:

Did 4 of the AI techniques today. Love to find out more ways to use these little beauties.

Here is the Faux Patina tech. Just did a couple of keys and some decorative staples to try the tech.

Then, got into the techs that looked like fun and they were.

first pic is the Faded Layers tech with a new Holiday stamp I just got in the mail. I like the one with the lighter AIs

second pic is the monoprint tech, also with a new stamp. The Raven (my favorite Poe story) and I love the stamp. Again, I did 2, one with copper fixative and one with Pearl (on the right) they both turned out pretty good.

third pic is the Ombre tech, I think I mixed up my light and middle inks, but it's subtle and I get the tech so I didn't redo it.

The Christmas Spider is from I Brake For Stamps and the Raven is Stampendous. The flying birds are Clearstamps and the pumpkin is Craftsmart. The globe and saying are Club Scrap Bookshelves, the fleur di lis grid is Haberdashery and the eye and eye chart are Clearstamps

Rachelle and Nancy, great samples you have created. I love AI techniques. I think they are my favoritest of all. And you have both done them proud.

WOW! Wonderful samples, Rachelle and Nancy! I don't use them enough, but I always love the look of AI when I do.

I've been reading thru the Ask Tim sections in the class forum, and it amazes me how people ask the same questions that have been addressed multiple times in both classes... over and over again. Do people not pay attention when they watch the videos? many of the questions are also of the "what happens if I use this" variety, which makes me shake my head and think "go try and find out!" That man must get so tired of answering the same basic questions a zillion times. \
