Love that purple!
That is a fun stencil - don't think I've seen it before.

Hey, Farley, I had a crazy idea last night that I would wander over to Shimelle's place and try to finish this class. The never-ending class. It appears I only did two days the first year. So I have 28 to complete. Can I do even one?

Turns out I did three pages last time. Woo hoo!

Just prepared a new set of pages, drying in the garage for my next assignment. I have no expectations that I will finish this project this year. But if I do a couple pages every September, that's something.

Debi, I've been wondering how you are liking the Magical scrapbook class. I think you said you would be taking it???

I've never done all the prompts either. Like you, I might do a few more this month.

Enjoying her current class - hope to do a few pages this weekend

Go for it Jen! For some reason I really never "got" the prompts. I still have the one I started and I got to day 7!!! My book is dated 2012. The Thickers I used for the outside book cover is missing the "N" so the title is Learn Something Ew. Hahahahaha. I think I will have to pass. If I'm going to do something structured I would prefer it to be some kind of actual scrapping that would give me the goose I'm always looking for.

I'm looking forward to your next page here.

Maybe I should look into her other classes that aren't so esoteric.

Oh, Pam, do you mean the Magical one? Is it one I need to take??? Have you posted anything from it yet. If I missed it, I apologize.

Farley, I didn't really think you would be interested. And I think I'll be darn lucky if I do three more pages. At that rate, I should be finished by 2027????

I'm watching the videos in Shimelle's Magical class.... haven't scrapped along, but she's got some good layout ideas in there...

I need to print some photos larger once in a while... I really do like how it makes a statement to have a page with one jumbo photo... so that's already a take-away idea...

Yes, the Magical class. No, I haven't posted anything yet. I always learn while watching her videos. This series seems more casual. I enjoy listening to her thought process as she creates her layouts.

Started reading this thread from the top and thought 'what? Scramp Camp has already happened? It's only the 3rd' - then realized that post was from 2013    But I bought in because I know that Tea is the subject for one of the swap pages that my friend Pat is doing for a Scramp Camp swap this year.

I haven't yet checked out the Magical class. Typically I like Shimelle's classes, although now that her focus is (rightly) on her son I find I relate less to her pages than before she had kids. Pam when you say it's more casual, do you mean the videos are more like her regular scrapbook process videos and not really teaching anything?
