DIY embellishments

Post by pamcook »

I have a ton of scraps and inspiration is everywhere. I just never take the time!
While Joel drove us up to Ohio last week, I sat with a basket on my lap - punches, glue, paper scraps, glitter tape...
Here's what I was able to make. I did give them some thought. I tried to make at least 3 of each paper combination. Some aren't really complete but are a good head start. I used scraps of the glitter tape to punch the little hearts. Now I need to use them.

Very cool. I think about doing this all the time. But I guarantee you I couldn't accomplish it in a moving vehicle.

We need a "like" and a "share" button! These are great, and a wonderful way to use all of those scraps that we seem to accumulate.

They're fun to make. I've made layouts and done watercolor ATC's while riding up there. Next trip is in July. Need to find another idea.
The tricky part for me is making them generic enough to use on pages I haven't created yet.

These are fantastic Pam! I so admire your industriousness. Me...I'd last maybe 2 minutes then I'd be grabbing for a plastic lined bag if you get my drift.

Pam, I'm so impressed that you were able to do all that while in the car. They're fantastic.

Those are great, Pam. What a good idea to do in the car.

Awesome job Pam! I may need to work on something like that. I would like to make some for using on cards. Maybe you have given me some inspiration.
