I argued with Joel that these photos were from this past fall. Nope, wrong.

Looks like a very nice place to visit. I like your paper combinations.

Those tree and leaf papers are just right, Pam. Where on the parkway is the old mill? Does it have a name?
Re: Selfie
This looks like a lovely spot. I like your title, too. Was just saying to Marianne the other day that I have all kinds of generic words that aren't particularly helpful.
Re: Selfie
It’s Mabry’s Mill in VA. They have a shop but it’s been closed the two times we’ve been there.
The title words are from Crate Paper’s Oasis collection. The words are rather versatile. I get frustrated with sets but I doubt anyone can realistically use 100% of a set. At least that’s what I tell myself. I still do my best.

Re: Selfie
Great layout Pam. I love the times we visited the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia. Joe is from the Valley and we go "home" often.

What a pretty spot! Maybe next time it will be open? You always do a great job of using all (or most) of the goodies in sets.

Thanks, Pam. I love to drive that route but would like to spend some time along the way. Their website says open 7 days a week from April 27 through Nov 4, 2018. And from May 24 thru October they have demonstrations and interpreters there. And music every Sunday.pamcook wrote:It’s Mabry’s Mill in VA.
