Cool Springs Camp

Post by Keitha »

Just a quick stop here, we didn't even go in the museum/gift shop. I found a photo online of the building as it looked in the 20's/30's so printed it on canvas to add to my layout; the ruins of the original building were used as a location in the movie Universal Soldier. Hmm, perhaps I need to add that detail. I pulled out some vintage Chatterbox papers for this page and a few of my embellishments have some years on them as well.

I'm enjoying following this trip also, but I'm really making a mental note of how great that plaid looks behind that subtle nearly solid print. That's a great foundation for any page, and I often look at those bold plaids I have and wonder what I'm going to do with them.

Fun place to visit and very fun LO of it. I really like all your ephemera and doodads. My eye did the travel all around and I really like how everything is placed. Super!
