The best gold pen?

Post by Trixie »

I didn't make it home from the beach with my gold pen, or if I did I can't find it. My old one was a Creative Memories pen and I loved it. It was a ballpoint and it was good on both light and dark paper. I don't see it on their website anymore, so what do you guys use? Which ones should I avoid? Which are the best? I want something I can write with, so I am not feeling a marker. I want something finer.

Thanks,
Judy

Excellent question. Maybe one of the Gel pens? I'll try to find a link.

Sure enough - I still have a gold and silver one. Just checked and they still work. Don't recall ever using them. They'll be in the mail to you tomorrow. Two less things to make me feel guilty about not using!

Wow! Thanks. I use mine all the time for cards. That is what I was making tonight when I discovered mine was missing. Are you sure you don't want to keep them? Shimelle uses hers on her layouts. :-)

Nope. They've been in my pen drawer (don't judge me, yes, I have a pen drawer) for far too long.

Pam I swear by Gelly Roll by Sakura. They write well every single time for me. I get them on Amazon. I have a set of colored ones also that are fabulous too.

Shimelle loves Gelly Roll as well. One of mine evaporated - the ink, not the pen, and a different brand. You think I would just re-write that sentence, but - nooo.
