I'm A Newbie! (Thank you Farley :)

Post by Stampinsparkler »

I am very new here. Thanks to Farley for helping me find you all.
I have been a CS member off and mostly on ....since the ancient Renaissance kit.
Yes. I am an elderly CS member. While I love almost everything about CS- the staff, members, most of the kits, and the community, I find I almost never visit the forums since all the changes.
I have too many kits and will be going to "Lite" from now on.
I also love Close To My Heart, SU, Graphic 45, and lots more.
Soooo happy to say "Hi."

Hi Jeannie. Nice to "see" you over here. :)

I started with CS in April 2002, and stayed on and off for about 12 years.

I have a lot of CS kits as well.

You will like it here, everyone is friendly and the site is user friendly.

Welcome, Jeannie, you are in good company. There is lots of old CS paper in our stashes plus whatever we can talk each other into buying that is new and trendy.
Right now we have some challenges going on in our Cyber Crop area
http://www.paperartistsonline.com/forum ... m.php?f=49
so have a look around and hope you will join in! You may even recognize some other people from the old CS groups.

Welcome, Jeannie, and yes, join in on the cyber crop as well as the scrapbook and card challenges. Whatever tickles your fancy. No rules here. And I have a closet full of Club Scrap . From June 2001 to November of 2011. When I had to stop the madness. Consume it, don't collect it.

Does that include she-who-shall-not-be-named???

Welcome! I think that 110% of us here have way too much stuff, and that includes a lot of older CS paper.

That reminds me.... Jeannie, if you should happen to see Tawanda, just give her some wine and she'll leave you alone.

Again nice gals, thanks so much for the welcome and kind comments.
I know I'll love joining in the activities. I've been rather "down" since
being so out of the paper art/scrapbooking/cards etc. loop with Club Scrap.

P.S........exactly who is Tawanda?
I do have a bit (bit?) of wine, so please fill me in for whom or what I should
be looking?
Almost afraid to ask :-o

Welcome to the forum Jeannie! Sorry I'm so late with this welcome. I have been off and on with CS since 2004, right now I am getting just the kit, no extras and since the changes haven't done a lot of looking. Hard finding the way around and with so much going on don't feel like searching it.
