Pocket Letter Swap
Pocket Letter Swap
Good morning All and Happy Spring!
I just saw the cutest swap idea (pocketletterpal.com) and thought it would be a fun swap for us.
1. Choose a 12 x 12 divided pocket page protector. Any configuration.
2. Fill each section with something related to where you live or with a consumable papercrafting supply or artwork or travel souvenirs...
3. One section MUST contain a note/letter to the recipient - you can write about anything. (remember snail mail and how fun it is to get a real letter from a friend?)
4. You can do both sides but that's not mandatory.
5. Must be post-marked by May 16th.
The nice thing about using a page protector is that they can be folded and more easily mailed. The pages will fit nicely into your existing 12 x 12 album.
Right now I hope we get enough that each person will make one set to swap. If we get only a small number, we may do one for each (and extend the deadline).
Who wants to join in?
Me, Debbie, Sue, Keitha, Rachelle, Pam P, Christy, Cheryl H

Re: Pocket Letter Swap
Clarification please: when you say 'one set to swap' do you mean everyone makes one for every person who signs up?
Re: Pocket Letter Swap
I hope to get several folks in this swap. If we get more than 4, then each person will just make one set. Fewer than that and we'll each make one for each person in the swap.

I'm working on mine, too --- endless possibilities with this.

Ok, I have no idea what they are, but I'll play. I'm off to Pinterest to see what it's all about.
Re: Pocket Letter Swap
Bumping this up.
Since we have enough signed up, each person will make one 12 x 12 divided pocket page. I'll post a list of who mails to whom soon.
I'm going to leave the sign ups open for a few more days.

Re: Pocket Letter Swap
I found some of the page protectors at Wallie World tonight, so I'm in.
Re: Pocket Letter Swap
I'll try...
there is a good long due date so I should have time. The whole trying to find stuff now is very annoying.
