my music tags
my music tags
My sister was over the other night and since my 5 year old nephew was sleeping in my craft room I needed to work on something portable.
Did up my tags for Kelli's swap
The background was the BB inky layers technique.
Then I used a stamp from of Apollo (God of Music). The image is based on a renaissance tarot card by Andre Mantegna and bought at www.alphastamps.com
I used watercolors to fill in bits of the stamped image. Then used a waterdowned brush & splattered more paint.
Course the whole time my sister is going" huh, why you doing that, I don't get this etc etc etc" (btw she is the only non crafting person in my entire family--seriously wanted to smack her )
Anyway my tags are done and going postal

Christy that is awesome, and how clever you have the goddess of music. Background is really terrific.

Great tag!
Why do we do these things? I can't imagine not doing them.

Re: my music tags
So now I'll have to find some old sheet music. I might even have to tear up some old books.
