Feb Tim Tag challenge!

Post by Judi in IL »

OK here is the first tag challenge.

Take the 2008 Day 1 tag from Tim's 12 Tags of Christmas and redo it. Change colors, change embellishments, etc. You can make it a generic (not seasonal) tag, make it for another season (ie. Easter) or you can make it another Christmas tag. It needs to use a mask, embellishments and some sort of text. Post it to this thread by 8 pm CST Sat Feb 28, 2009. A winner will be drawn to receive something from my stash.

If you need the directions for the original tag I have them saved in a Word document. I can email it to you if you send me an email to jmaxson_98@yahoo.com .

I'm so glad you posted this! I'm going to make a title block for one of my PSL pages using this tag for inspiration.

here is what I did up this morning.
I made the heart masks using my cuttlebug. ( I then used the masks as embellishments on my page for Pam C's challenge)

script is from Collections and the other stamps are from the new Heart to Heart collection.

Here's mine. I used two Heidi Swapp masks, a variety of distress inks, a french script stamp, "nature" grungeboard and some distress stickles.
Looking toward spring!

I have one! The mask is actually a paper doilly (sp) I used 2 of Tim's stamps and the moth is Stampin' Up! Three different inks are used and the moth is thriple pop dotted, was also mounted on cardboard then had Crystal Effects and Dazzling diamonds add. The stamp of Tim's at the top has Class A Peel stickers added. Hope it qualifies
