Jill's card arrived today, the embossing on the
snowflake is so deep, when I first opened the envelope,
I thought it was stitching. :)

I have my envelopes addressed, now to remember to
take them out of the house and to the mailbox. LOL

Yesterday I received cards from Sue, Cheryl and Pam P. I am not opening them yet as we have family birthdays in December, and we don't get the Christmas things out until closer to the 25th. I think I will save the cards until you open the Secret Santa parcels, and share the fun that way!

My cards are half done, waiting for me to get home this weekend to finish them off. Not sure if any mail will have made it to Canada yet, but I'm not opening any until after mine are postal. I shall savour every moment of anticipation ;)

I, too, am ahead of the game where Christmas is concerned - surprising as I am still working. I'm completely blaming it on my office production assistant who is crazy for the holiday and has swept me into her Christmas spirit. Other than this swap all my other cards are finished and ready to go in the mail, I've started shopping, have been to see the new Christmas movie The Star, and am going to another holiday event tonight - the CP Holiday Train makes a stop in Sudbury so a couple of us are heading over.

I remarked yesterday that I'm afraid I'll peak where Christmas is concerned around the 15th of the month; not sure I can keep the momentum/Christmas spirit going for another 27 days LOL.

New front door AND flooring will be delivered Friday. Flooring has to sit for several days to acclimate, but then installation! I may have a Christmas tree after all! :greenbounce: :greenbounce:

Keitha...I have been to Sudbury before. My maternal grandmother came from that area before moving to the Detroit, Michigan area...where I am from.

Hope the train event was fun.
