It would be so fun! I'm glad they're able to do it.
You know you all are welcome here any time. Just give me enough notice to move my supplies off the bed!

Hummm, right now a detour to NC on the way home is not in the plan but you never know...

That was really funny about Laurie's box. I had looked up when she mailed it but never thought it would get to CA on that Monday. it was really speedy. it was fun to share in the excitement with Farley.

Love the layout with cars, Farley. We love our little car even if it is a bit challenged on the mountains. But it's like the little engine that could. We got up to over 10,000' today in Colorado and it went along quite merrily.

Yay you are in CO! Your trip has truly been amazing. I was so impressed with your packing skills for your adorable, very cool Mini! I laughed when I saw that sticker of the car with the luggage piled on top. It had to be used for the LO.

Farley, they went right through where I was with my friend, that would have been something if we had ran into each other!

Oh that would have been fun. I think this homeward side of the trip back will be speedier than the westward one. That cute Mini is headed back to the barn.

How many miles will you have travelled? I would need a month to recover.

Yesterday I downloaded some new files from Miss Kate Cuttables among them were these flowers. These were just trial cuts but I liked them enough to make this quick thank you card for a friend I'll be seeing tomorrow who did something very nice for me. Inside is a packet of cut butterflies also from MKC.

Thanks Debbie! I've been cutting all evening. I am really happy with my recent acquisitions: butterflies, flowers and feathers. I'm hoping to make at least one more card tonight with some of them.

We will need a month to recover. I'm not going anywhere.

I don't know. Ray estimated it would be about 8000 miles total. Be interesting to see if it is at the end.
