2016 Christmas cards (monthly challenge)

Post by pamcook »

Okay. Here goes.
I need 10 of you to volunteer. Each person is responsible for a month in 2016. Your job is to post a challenge for us to use for building our Christmas card stash. You can post a technique, sketch, a link to a card. Whatever. You can't flake out though.

This will be the master list. Each month will have its own thread where we can post our creations.

January - me
February - Farley
March - Jen
April - Marianne
May - Pam P
June - Debi
July- Debbie
August - Christy
September - Cheryl M
October - Bobbie
November - Jill

I'll do March.
But I also hope to stick to my plan of using Farley's sketch to crank one out, too.

Ok, I'll do April. We might as well do something with all the card ideas I save.

Jen- the idea is to stay motivated. How you do that is up to you. I think it's a great idea to use past challenges. Folks who post challenges are gracious enough to take the time to do so - I know I love it when I see one of my old challenges surface again!

As soon as I said I'd do April, I put a note on my calendar in my email for mid March to get ready for it.
Send yourself a reminder.

Not sure if these posted out of order. Christy, do you mind taking August?

Speaking of your Happy Planner...Do you get emails from Blitsy? Just saw this. 50% off Happy Planner stuff if you're interested. If you do order anything from them, just don't expect it to arrive any time soon. They are sooooo slowwwwww. But their deals can be really great if you don't mind the wait. Gee, that sounds like the perfect jingle for them.

Nahhhhh. I don't decorate my planner. I just use it to write my To Do lists and then ignore those lists.
