I finally had the opportunity to create a page today. I miss this so much. It seems I am struggling with work and life balance.

Pam P. your granddaughter is gorgeous and so is the layout.

Jen...beautiful "heart" layout.

Pat has said it the way I want to! You all did a fantastic job.

I hope to do the sketch but it may not be until the month is almost over.

Lots of great work here!
Pam, the snow layout is wonderful, the colors perfect and what a gorgeous subject!
Jen - good use of the hearts replacing the circles.
Deb - I seemed to really be drawn to arrows lately - love the papers on this layout.
Laurie - cute! Glad you found some time to scrap, and I bet you miss those kids!

I'd forgotten about this sketch when I was looking for one for 3 photos earlier today, but did find my way to PageMaps which has always been one of my go-to sites. Having not paid much attention to PageMaps the last few months with working, I'm sorry to say that overall I'm disappointed in their sketches currently, which pretty much all call for small photos. I know I can use larger ones, but often the balance of the design would be skewed by adding larger photos to the page while keeping the other elements to scale. Yes, I'm picky that way. I'm just hoping this fascination with tiny photos on big pages wears itself out before scrapping hits the skids completely. I don't mind it occasionally, but overall I like to look at my photos without benefit of a magnifying glass, LOL.

This has been sitting on my desk almost all week in partial completion. Busy week at work so I haven't have many free afternoons. Today I left early! The circles are some of Shimelle's papers that Jen shared with me!

Love it. But I think I would like it even more right side up. Or am I standing on my head?

That's great Nancy!
We saw the OM mobile at the Biltmore Estate a few years ago. It was in the parking lot - not actually at the estate itself. ;)

I like this sketch with full size photos. I mocked it up with some smaller photos and it looked just as good. Nice versatile sketch.
