Ok, I have several doll stamps. What do I do with them?

Dress them up? I have a blank doll stamp...just body parts that you stamp and put together. One of the things I did with it was to stamp the parts on rolled out polymer clay, cut out the parts, paint them with shimmery paints and link the parts together with either fibers or jump rings to create articulated dolls.

When I was little I loved paper dolls...particularly the McCalls Magazine's Betsy McCall paper doll. I had shoe boxes full of each month's doll and her clothes. I spent hours making my own clothes for them and playing. Wish I still had them.

Well, I have some parts, but most are weird art dolls... not plain dolls. Sorry, I didn't mention that. Any suggestions?

Erin, stamp them on paper and post them so we can see before trying for ideas.....

Ok.. I'm out of town right now, but I'll be back tomorrow. I'll try to get it done then.

You might also try going to the website for the stamp company and see if they have a gallery (or galleria  ) of ideas for using their stamps.

They're great to stamp on plain grungeboard, cut out, decorate and assemble.
